Trying To make Your Holidays More Healthy And Delicious?
Try Chef Camille Becerra’s Recipes Developed For The New York Produce Show And Conference

With everyone cooking for the holidays, we thought it would be a good idea to let everyone know about some special recipes we had cooked up as part of the efforts of the Eastern Produce Council and PRODUCE BUSINESS magazine to boost produce consumption.

At this year’s premier edition of The New York Produce Show and Conference, we worked with Top Chef Camille Becerra to cook up some truly delicious recipes for 6 fruits, 5 vegetables and 1 nut (chestnuts).

Camille BecerraChef Camille developed the recipes for the show and lovingly demoed each one. The printed recipes were there as well, so foodservice operators who were attending could get some recipe ideas, and retailers could pass along the recipes to their consumers.

It was best to be at the show and taste Chef Camille’s creations. Here, however, are easy downloads of each recipe. Download one or download all. Use it in your business or just cook ‘em up for yourself. Free free to share with co-workers, family and friends.

The New York Produce Show and Conference produce recipes as developed and demonstrated by Chef Camille:
