The Retail Bakers of America, The New York State Association of Manufacturing Retail Bakers and the New Jersey Bakers Board of Trade tell me that they are sponsoring The American Bakery Expo which (is it possible?) they advise is the only national bakery show in 2006.
This year’s Expo takes place October 21-23 in Atlantic City.
